形態特徵

• A shrub. Young branchlets terete, reddish-brown, depressed-puberulent, glabrescent.
• Leaves elliptic, chartaceous, 3–4 cm long, 1.2–1.8 cm broad, glabrous, in dry state reddish brown, acute at apex, acute to obtuse at base, the lateral veins 8–9 on each side of the midrib, obscure above, slightly elevated beneath; petioles about 2 mm long.
• Inflorescences spicate, 7–10-flowered, terminal; peduncle about 1 cm long, glabuous; pedicels about 1 mm long, articulate at base; flowers yellowish green, floral-tube slightly ovate, about 2 mm long, obtuse; disk 2, free, divided deeply into 2 segments; anthers obtuse; ovary obovate, slightly hairy at apex; style obtuse, to 1 mm long; stigma globose.
• This species is characterized by its leaves being acute and disk being divided deeply into two segments.
